“ Little date after running errands. We ordered Tori Ramen & Chashu Fried Rice w/ Naruto. Service was very welcoming! ”
“ Dropped in from Chicago to visit my parents. Decided on a whim to only eat out on Barton Road. What an excellent delight this Ramen Shop was! It was a little awkward to order but well worth the learning curve. Miso, Pork with egg mild spice. So smooth, rich, layered flavors and textures. Sad I'm only here for a week. This place would become a night out the regular rotation. Community seating and bar seating on the wall. Stop reading just go! ”
“ Found this hole in the wall little gem while we were killing time waiting for an appointment. I'm so glad we did, it did not disappoint. From the outside it doesn't look that impressive but the inside is such a vibe. The murals are a wonderful addition that create an authentic fun ambiance. Orders are taken at the counter and it is open seating. We ordered one vegan ramen with tofu and one shio with chicken and eggs. The meals came out quickly and so delish. Perfect spice and amount of food. Added bonus is there is plenty of parking. I will definitely come back if I am in the area again. ”
“ Awesome to have a ramen place that is open until 4am. We went to this place at around midnight and there were still a lot of people. My wife and I tried the two different ramen with chicken broth, both were very filling. The broth was rich and flavorful. Decent amount of proteins. Basic toppings were minimal but you can always add what you want, I suggest adding the egg. Prices were generally affordable. We also wanted to try the rice but we were full already. Good value good food ”
“ My bf & I went to Cali for Christmas & decided to give this ramen place a try. It was open seating so we had to order at the front register before sitting down. This was basically a "build your own" ramen so I got the tori broth w/ yellow noodles, chicken, egg, & "just right" spice. My bf got the niku broth w/ yellow noodles, pork, egg, bean sprouts, & "spicy" spice. He also ordered a small chashu fried rice on the side. 1. Tori ramen - The broth w/ the "just right" spice was good! It was creamy without being too rich & the spice gave the right amount of kick. However, I was NOT fan of the chicken pieces. It was extremely dry & hard to eat. It felt like it was "old" chicken. Definitely stay away from it. 2. Niku ramen - I had a small sip of the broth & it was also creamy & rich! The "spicy" spice was too much for me but my bf liked it. I'm also picky about my chashu pork & I actually really liked it - definitely wish I got that over the chicken. 3. Chashu fried rice - This was actually my bf's favorite out of everything! The small size was actually a pretty big portion so we were pleasantly suprised. The rice was flavorful & it was full of chashu pork. ”
“ This place is a staple for good ramen in the IE. It's a very easy concept--order and pay first, then find your own seat. It's a great casual space and it's conveniently 24 hours, which is crazy! I was genuinely surprised at how good and flavorful the broth is. My absolute fav is the Niku and I love that you can customize it however much you want. The broth is a bit sweet with lots of umami. I just can't get enough of it. Portions are pretty filling too! ”
“ Came after a concert and honestly a pretty good ramen spot in the IE! Staff were great! Got greeted Right away, outgoing and friendly. Love the decor. Such a chic vibe and clean. The food was honestly pretty decent. Loved the chicken Gyoza, and chicken fried rice. It's not greasy at all. The Ramen was good, so many different options to choose from. If you want ramen in the IE COME HERE !! ”
